I’ve had 10 operations. This one was the best experience of them all! I would give it a 10, A number one perfect. I can’t say one bad thing about anyone involved with my care. All the nurses before and after surgery were excellent. They made everything easy and made sure that I was comfortable with having the surgery. The team was always smiling and had a good sense of humor. Prior to the surgery, I worked with the pain management team for a while. They were phenomenal as well and helped me with controlling the pain. We also appreciate Dr. Jimmy and Rachel Biles for their work in helping bring Dr. Sielatycki to Powell and Cody and for Dr. Biles’ follow-up call to check on me after surgery.

Bryan Tipton was really good about being available for any questions or concerns we had. He told us to call if we needed anything. He was very helpful and great at explaining medications and how they work. Dr. Sielatycki, who did my surgery, came and saw me. Then Bryan came and saw me. Everyone was great with following up with me, and the nurses made it way easier to go through the surgery process. The team is just Awesome.

Dr. Biles and his staff are so amazing!!! I am so thankful to them. They went above and beyond with hearts of gold. Dr. Biles is more than just a great doctor, he is truly a caring, compassionate man with a beautiful soul.

He’s done 2 surgeries on my husband’s knees. He tore his meniscus on both knees within a little over a month. Dr. Biles is awesome. He explained what the problem was and how he would repair it. After surgery, he explained what they had to do, everything they saw, and everything they had to repair. Dr. Biles was very thorough and did an awesome job.

Very good place to go for your medical needs- very pleasant atmosphere, very professional mannerisms. The staff is polite, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Dr. Biles really knows his “stuff” and is very explicit in his explanations and really listens to your situation/ symptoms and problems. Very conservative and gives you options. He goes above and beyond the standard doctor practices and makes you feel like he truly cares about you and your problem. You’re not just a number at this place! I very much dislike going to any doctor for any reason, but I truly enjoyed my experience at this facility and with Dr. Biles and I would recommend him to anyone needing medical care!

Dr. Biles is an outstanding surgeon. I recently had my knee replaced and it was much easier than I had imagined. I have never had a doctor who was so “in tune” with his patients. He spent a great deal of personal time with me and was always very available. If I could give a rating of 10, that is what I would give Dr. Biles. He has an outstanding staff as well.
