We have been providing Orthopedic Surgery for more than 35 years in the Big Horn Basin. Dr. Jimmie Biles performs general orthopedic surgery and has done two fellowships in Sports Medicine. Dr. J. Alex Sielatycki has done a fellowship in Comprehensive Adult and Pediatric Spine Surgery. His primary focus is motion preservation of the spine, whenever possible.
